It starts at 6pm on Saturday, April 11th and ends at 12pm on Saturday, April 18th 2020.
When should I arrive in Bali?
We recommend arriving the day or two prior and staying on the island so that you can have time to unwind, get over jet lag and more easily jump right into the first evening of the retreat with the group. Check in is at 3pm on 4/11. If you are coming the day of, please make sure you arrive for the opening circle, which starts at 6pm.
Do I have to participate in all activities?
We do highly suggest participating in ALL the curated workshops to get the most out of your time here. This is YOUR retreat, you’re never required to do any of the activities and we’re planning to give you plenty of free time to explore, shop and relax on your own.
Can you pick me up at the airport?
Please let us know your travel booking info and we can arrange complimentary airport shuttle pickup. Please note this service is complimentary for those arriving ONLY on April 11th and leaving on April 18th to the airport. We can absolutely arrange car services if you plan to travel elsewhere, this however will be at your own cost.
Do I have to have yoga and meditation experience to go?
Absolutely not, but know that by the end of the trip, you will fall in love with the practice. All of the classes will be suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
What airport do I fly into?
The airport code is DPS, which stands for Ngurah Rai International Airport (in Denpasar). It is approximately 2 hours from the retreat center.
Which airline should I book a flight from?
If you are arriving from the US, we highly suggest booking from EVA Airlines. As of August 25 2019 the prices are around $800 USD for a round trip. Please note that these prices will become higher if you wait to book last minute. Flights are NOT included on this retreat.

Yoga mats and meditation cushions along with all props will be provided at the retreat center. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you wish.
What will a typical day look like?
You can participate in the retreat activities as much as you like and move at your own pace. We’ve carefully crafted a schedule to give you plenty of daily practice, free time, group mingling and options to participate in traditional Balinese massage and/or nature excursions. A typical day will consist of a 2hr morning practice, breakfast, free time, 90 minute evening practice, followed by dinner, and evening mingling time. The exact daily schedule will be sent out 2 weeks before the retreat begins.
