In this vinyasa class, you will tap into understanding that consciousness is nothing more than becoming alert and aware of what needs to penetrate in, and what needs to come out. Break free from your bodily imprisonment and discover the muscle of your soul, the psoas. The tighter we are, the less able we are to move freely, and the more we are likely to suffer from aches and pains. With strong, mobile and open hips, we can begin to free ourselves from our bodies and create space to move into curiosity. Instead of fitting into the shapes, we allow the shapes to fit into us, which manifests into us becoming the best and most healed version of ourselves.
In this workshop, you will adventure into the quiet and refined spaces deep within as you quest through hip and heart openers. You will begin to see deeper with truth and compassion, and use the physical shapes to serve as a gateway to Pratyahara. Class will be sealed with meditation. Please bring a notepad and pen for journaling session. Yoga mats and props are provided.
