What is the Ultimate Reset Yoga Series?
These 3 gentle yoga classes are developed to complement the 3 phases of the Ultimate Reset: Reclaim, Release, & Restore. They are intended to help you get through each week mentally and physically as your body changes week to week. These yoga routines are specially designed to improve your results and experience during this transformative cleanse.
Week 1: Yoga to Reclaim
Get ready for the journey ahead with a heart-opening sequence provided in this 30-minute class. It will prepare you both physically and mentally.
Week 2: Yoga to Release
Release stress with this 40-minute gentle flow class. Using twists and self-massage techniques, you’ll open up the body to help get rid of tension and any heaviness and stagnation.
Week 3: Yoga to Restore
This 30-minute class will help restore your energy and create a sense of balance from the inside out. A mixture of yin/restorative poses relaxes the entire body.
